This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Soap Shower.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods may take slightly longer to process.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

United Kingdom delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £25.

Shipping charges for orders of £25 or less will be shown at checkout before payment.

UK orders are normally sent using a tracked Royal Mail service and usually arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur because of postal disruption, severe weather, peak seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our control.

International delivery

We ship to a range of international destinations. Available destinations and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

International shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery destination, package size and selected delivery service.

Typical delivery estimates after dispatch are:

  • Europe: approximately 3–5 working days
  • Canada: approximately 3–8 working days
  • Australia and other international destinations: delivery times will be shown at checkout where available

International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services and other circumstances outside our control.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and must be paid by the recipient.

Soap Shower is not responsible for customs charges or delays caused by customs authorities. Customers are responsible for checking any local import requirements before ordering.

If an international order is refused or returned because customs charges have not been paid, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any charges incurred by us.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is provided, the tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

International tracking updates may become less frequent after the parcel leaves the United Kingdom and is transferred to the destination country’s postal service.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We may be able to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be sent again.

Delayed or missing deliveries

Please check the tracking information and allow a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us.

If your order has not arrived, contact us through our website and include your order number. We will investigate the delivery with the carrier.

A parcel will only be treated as lost once the relevant carrier has completed its investigation or confirmed that the parcel is missing.

Damaged parcels

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • The external packaging
  • The shipping label

This information allows us to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Parcels marked as delivered

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first check:

  • Around the delivery address
  • With other members of the household
  • With neighbours
  • Any safe place identified by the carrier
  • Any delivery photograph or tracking notes

Contact us if the parcel still cannot be located, and we will raise an enquiry with the carrier.

Returned or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, not collected, incorrectly addressed or could not be delivered, we will contact you.

We may deduct the original shipping charge and any return charges from the refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if you ask us to send the order again.
