100 days to decide
You have 100 days from receiving your Soap Shower order to request a return.
Starting a return
Email hello@soapshower.co.uk before sending anything back. We will explain the next steps and confirm the return address.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. We will assess the problem and put it right.
Receiving your refund
Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within five business days.
